  Great place to stay - felt welcome the day I arrived and the transition into the accommodation was incredibly easy. Plenty of social events, made a ton of new friends from all cultures and walks of life as well. Also extremely close to public transport with bus stops right across the road on all sides, as well as a major link bus station 1 km away at the huge Westfield Garden City shopping centre. Facilities a little dated in some areas but with new management and an associated new creative direction this is rapidly improving, much to their credit. Management are always happy to help and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable and convenient living arrangement. I highly recommend Genesis One to everyone looking for a comfortable and very conveniently located place to stay with a great atmosphere!

  Genesis 1 made my university experience, never have I had such fun while still living in a safe and clean environment. Most of this is owed to the managers and the people who work to make this one of the best student accommodations in Brisbane, hands down!

  My first place in brisbane and was perfect, I'd lived there for 2.5 years. friendly managers who always looked after you. always inviting you to events in the local area or even just down near the pool.

  Perfect place for uni student and workers. The price is reasonable for what you'll get in here. They place maximum of 3-4 peoples in one apartments that made me feel comfortable to study and rest. The management always made an event or party if there is a short holiday and after exam for uni student. Been here for 2.5 years and never made me disappointed about living in here. The receptionist are act like a family so if you have a questions don't hesitate to ask them.

  It's a great place to stay! There are many nice students and friendly managers. The houses are very good and enough places to hang out with everyone. The gym is not really big, but good enough to do some exercises.
