Our oil is cold pressed on farm within hours of harvest and hand-bottled in small batches to ensure you get the freshest possible product.
The grove takes advantage of its unique microclimate to produce oils of exceptional quality and balance. The Tamar Valley region also produces some of Tasmania's best known wines.
