Holberry House is a unique guesthouse experience set on four acres of landscaped gardens in the townsite of Nannup. Originally built as a classic English Manor, with seven elegantly appointed queen size guest rooms all upstairs, each with it's own bathroom. One room has a double corner spa.
The rooms are individually furnished with antiques and have air-conditioning, heating and ensuite rooms have televisions. Downstairs is a large guest lounge with open log fire, conservatory, library and dining room. There is a pool for summer relaxation.
The gardens at Holberry House are an escape in themselves. There are four acres of parkland gardens with a winter brook and mature tree plantings on the property, with many tranquil spots to sit quietly with a book or to watch the well fed ducks, wrens, moorhens and honeyeaters.
The garden is open daily for visitors to enjoy. Nannup is a great central base to visit the region.
